To articulate the sounds of your target language, you will need to develop isolated control over each of your speech articulators.
For each exercise, you will practice keeping one part of your speech organ fixed while moving another part. When you first attempt this, you will feel a strong impulse to move parts that I am instructing you to keep fixed.
This is okay and perfectly normal, you just need to be patient and focus on moving slowly with high attention to your body, and in due time you will develop a new neural pathway.
Be sure to use a mirror or camera to check yourself - the visual feedback is a critical component of this process.
Once you have successfully achieved an isolation, share a quick loom for us to see in

and your small group, and describe what the experience was like for you.
