In this lesson, you will learn to recite four lines of a song from memory, with aim of perfectly mimicking the melody and articulation of the singer.
To do this, you will undergo a process known as “entrainment,” which is a process of repeatedly synchronizing your body movements with another. In this case, you will be synchronizing the movements of your speech instrument with those of the singer.
This practical goal is to develop the neural pathways that will allow you to more easily channel the spirit of your target language.
It will be extremely beneficial for you to commit a large repertoire of song lyrics to your memory. You can do this by accessing the resources linked at the bottom of this page. But for now, we will just focus on the process.
